Joe, an unattractive and unsuccessful man with women, discovers a mystical ability that allows him to change his appearance at will and revert to his original form. Seizing this opportunity, he indulges in his twisted desires. At first, he is satisfied with merely observing women in the shower, but he quickly grows bored with this superficial thrill. Driven by a desire for vengeance against women, he escalates his actions, enticing them to his rundown apartment where he brutally murders and even consumes them.
