The Man from Kathmandu

A disillusioned young man of American-Nepali descent, with a mixed Hindu-Muslim heritage, makes an unexpected stop in Kathmandu while en route to join the conflict in Syria. However, his confrontation with a local crime lord responsible for his grandfather’s death leads him to discover a much deeper purpose in life. Through this journey, he rediscovers and reconnects with the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the Himalayan nation that he had long forgotten.
