The Bone Box

Struggling with depression after his wife’s recent passing, Tom has accumulated significant gambling debts. He decides to stay with his affluent Aunt Florence, hoping she might include him in her will. When a relentless creditor warns him that time is running out, Tom concocts a scheme with Elodie, the undertaker’s daughter, to loot the graves of the wealthy individuals interred in the nearby cemetery. After their grave-robbing escapade, Tom returns to Florence’s home, where unsettling events unfold. He starts experiencing eerie sights and sounds that seem to align with the deaths of those he has stolen from. Disturbingly, he seems to be the only one aware of these phenomena. The pressing question remains: Is Tom’s guilt manifesting as hallucinations, or is he genuinely being haunted by his victims?
