Stressed To Death

During a heist at a convenience store, an EMT encounters two casualties: a pregnant woman and a man who has been shot but remains conscious. When forced to decide who to assist first, the injured man urges her to prioritize the pregnant woman, which she does. However, as she returns to help the man, the robber kills him. Now, a decade later, the man’s widow, Victoria, has been meticulously plotting her vengeance for her husband’s murder.
