Slappy and the Stinkers

A group of five second-grade students, who often disregard the strict regulations set by their school principal, Brinway, earn the nickname “Stinkers” from him. During a class trip to an aquarium, these Stinkers believe that a sea lion named Slappy is unhappy in his current environment. They take it upon themselves to “liberate” Slappy and sneak him into Brinway’s hot tub.
