“The Voice” is an Australian reality talent show adapted from the original Dutch version created by John de Mol, and it is part of a global franchise. The inaugural season aired on the Nine Network starting on April 15, 2012, with Delta Goodrem, Joel Madden, Seal, and Keith Urban serving as coaches. Karise Eden emerged as the winner of the first season, triumphing over Darren Percival, Rachael Leahcar, and Sarah De Bono in the live finale on June 18, 2012. For the second season, Ricky Martin took over Keith Urban’s coaching role after Urban joined the judging panel of “American Idol.” The show is hosted by Darren McMullen, with Faustina Agolley handling social media correspondence.
