When they were just twelve, Mark, Pru, Danny, and Slade spent time together in the park. Mark’s younger brother, Jesse, who was only five, was bothering them. In their frustration, they harshly told him to leave. Jesse took off and vanished, never to be seen again. Fast forward twenty years, and Danny, now working as a detective, receives startling information: Jesse’s DNA has been discovered at a crime scene. Jesse is alive and somewhere out there.
