Catch-22

Set against the backdrop of World War II in Italy, the series chronicles the tale of the cunning and resourceful Yossarian, a bombardier in the U.S. Air Force. He is enraged by the fact that countless strangers are attempting to end his life. However, his true dilemma lies not with the adversary, but with his own military, which continually raises the number of missions required for the men to fulfill their duty.
