Barbarians Rising

Narrated from the viewpoint of the insurgent leaders, the series depicts a series of uprisings against the Roman Empire’s absolute authority. These revolts were led by tribes whom the Romans dismissed as “barbarians,” considering them to be uncivilized and savage. However, these men and women embarked on monumental battles that significantly influenced the future, engaging in a protracted struggle spanning centuries to overthrow the vast empire.
