Barbarians Rising

Narrated from the viewpoint of the insurgent leaders, the series depicts a series of uprisings against the unchecked authority of the Roman Empire by groups labeled as “barbarians”—tribes considered by the Romans to be outside the bounds of civilization, living harsh and violent lives. However, these individuals also initiated monumental battles that influenced the future, engaging in a prolonged struggle spanning centuries to overthrow the vast empire.
