Every city harbors its own myths, and in this particular city, the myth revolves around the ‘Ferryman’. Legend has it that whoever assumes this role has the power to alleviate the world’s pain and grief. Chen Mo, who owns a bar, and his associate Guan Chun might appear to be bumbling, but they truly personify this legendary figure. They are capable of resolving any issue, provided a booking is made. A young woman named Xiao Yu makes such a booking for her idol, Ma Li. However, as Chen and Guan start to help Xiao, they begin to confront and come to terms with the sorrow that resides within themselves.
