Two Korean teenagers, Jung-Min, aged 14, and Young-hee, aged 15, are abducted by the Japanese Imperial Army and transported to a ‘Comfort Station’ in China. At this location, they are forced to join other abducted girls in providing sexual services to Japanese soldiers, a group infamously referred to as ‘Comfort Women’. Many years later, an elderly woman seeks to reconnect with the spirit of her long-lost friend. This narrative is inspired by the account of Kang Il-chul.
