Colonel John Taylor recruits billionaire inventor Leor Teska to finance a covert facility where scientists are experimenting with Teska’s cutting-edge nanotechnology for military use. The situation takes a turn when Brock Cortez, one of the experimental subjects, manages to flee. Consequently, Cam Devore, the head of security for Teska, is assigned the perilous mission of capturing him.
