In the idyllic Village of Rockwell, time seems to have come to a standstill, prompting the question: does time exist when everything remains unchanged? In this place, no one falls ill, grows older, or passes away, all because of a fateful bus accident that claimed the lives of the undefeated Rockwell High School Basketball Team in 1977.
