Bang

In Los Angeles, a young woman’s day spirals downward: she’s kicked out of her home, a casting call ends disastrously when she refuses a producer’s demand for sex in exchange for a role, and she’s wrongfully accused by a police officer who insists on a sexual favor for her release. Reaching her breaking point, she seizes the officer’s gun, dons his uniform, and leaves him handcuffed to a tree, where he soon finds himself in a vulnerable conversation with a homeless man. She speeds away on the cop’s motorcycle, briefly living the life of an officer. During this time, she dissuades a young man from taking his own life and is then thrust into chaos following a seemingly friendly interaction with two “vatos.” She finds herself caught between the need to protect herself and the demands placed on her by others. Will she find any resolution to her overwhelming emotions?
