On a bright and sunny day, a group of medical students—He Xinyue, Xiao-Li Ma, Ng Yen Yen, Leiyong Han, Yang Gang, and Zeng Ping—decide to visit an abandoned old school. Six months prior, a strange murder occurred at the school, involving a woman who died under mysterious circumstances linked to the chilling legend of “friends, back to back.” This incident left a lingering sense of unease and fear among those familiar with the story. Despite warnings from the old school’s caretaker, Qin, the adventurous young group chooses to spend two days there. As night descends, a sense of unease grows, with fleeting ghostly apparitions and hidden desires beginning to surface.
