P.S. Your Cat Is Dead!

With his life in disarray—his girlfriend has left him, he’s out of an acting job, and his cat is gravely ill—down-and-out Jimmy Zoole (played by Steve Guttenberg) returns to his apartment on New Year’s Eve only to discover a gay burglar (Lombardo Boyar) ransacking his place. Holding the burglar captive, Jimmy initially plans to vent his accumulated frustration on the intruder but ends up forming an unexpected connection with him.
